Either Judge or Ohtani, but that's if they can stay healthy all season. If they do, then I'd give the edge to Ohtani. He was on pace for 53 homers last season, and that was while he was pitching. This year, he'll be solely focused on hitting in the DH position, so I think he's poised to have his best offensive season, and crush those homers. Imagine if he breaks Bond's single season home run record of 73. 🤯

carving up the stats to make an inference about someone. Let’s say a guy doesn’t have a great OPS in a season. Well you might be able to butterknife his stats around the times he wasn’t playing through injury, and bam, he wasn’t so bad.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he started off slow because of that same reason. The elbow surgery might affect his power and bat speed in the beginning. But I hope it doesn’t.
