Nightcores are almost always with anime pictures, that are nightcores, and most of the time, sped ups are just the song, sped up, with any picture, same with slowed songs (The word Daycore is rarely used and if, also mostly with anime pics.)

If a sped up song is also called sped up, it almost never has an anime picture because here people focus on the music, when it's called nightcore it almost always has an anime picture which is also the focus. But it's both just the song in faster, the name is just used for different purposes.
