Looks like the software of the machine glitched/froze for a short while, thought not sure how that correlates to the machine falling off the stairs 🤔

It was just unlucky, I could always get help, but I have a thing where I want to do stuff now and get it done. Patience got this one going! It's still going, Its a pretty good machine!

I had two different Vestel-made washing machines that would occasionally lock and start without pressing the start button, as this Samsung machine did. I got rid of both of them, but I kept their drums, and used one of them for the Indesit WIXXL 146, whom I couldn't find a spider for. Soon will make a video of it operating with the Vestel drum.
Well I am glad you got it to work again but I suggest you find two screws to hold that boarding in place put the top back on give it another good clean and it should be alright but on my Samsung ww70 model which is slightly older than this the same thing happened I had to leave it overnight
Where should the screws go? I am pretty happy with this machine.

you should try the wifi on it. hold smart control till it appears ac on display and go on smart things app amd should pop up
It does go round like that on the screen and the drum as it weighs what’s in the drum before starting the time 😊

Washing machines have a tendency to work better when plugged in! but I know what you mean, did you watch the whole video, your comment suggests not!
