SEDERHANA NYA INI LAH YANG SAYA SUKA
Bu Julie, kelihatan enak sotonya. Tapi condimentnya masih kurang lengkap. Bisa ditambahkan lagi taburan bawang goreng, seledri (selain daun bawang yang sudah ada), kecap manis (bila suka) dan sambal soto. Cara masak sambal soto: rebus chili pepper bersama dengan bawang putih. Setelah lunak, angkat cabe dan bawang putih. Lalu diulek. Setelah diulek taruh di mangkok kecil. Siram sambal dengan sedikit kuah soto. Lalu aduk. Sambal soto siap disajikan bersama sotonya.

I miss that old time when my family gathered and had dinner in one table, discussing what we did in a whole day. Now we are living separately, its just a good memories. Solidified chicken blood is called "sarén". It is actually an evaporated and salted chicken blood. In the past time, some peoples in Indonesia made that kind of food from human blood which had been captivated after tribe war. It was believed that human blood give them strength.

I'd prefer the stamp logo but with 4 added smileys for each of you (and maybe a small cat smiley for Macing) and not in blue but some other colour like yellow or orange, at least a more fresh colour than blue.

lol.. darah ayam buat makan anjing.. kadang buat makan manusia juga dsini (gak semua orang) hanya sebagian kecil saja org yg masih makan darah ayam. itu bisa dimasak santan pak, saat masih anak2 saya pernah makan, kalau sekarang saya gak bisa memakanya

We have eaten a lot of strange and traditional food in Indonesia. We lived there for 9 years. But eating blood is something I don't want to do (Acts 15:29).
