I'm studying in Munich and gave some Tours in the TU Munich. What Looks like a airbridge, actually is a airbridge that TUM got from the discontinued Airport in munich.
Man I really wanted to see the Civil Engineering department what a bummer.
Consider also applying to the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (where Audi has its headquarters) - there are plenty of English master's programs. It's only about an hour away from Munich and cheaper to live in / more housing.
