I gave my breaker a messenger bag and an mp7 from a valaverse accessory pack and I think he looks awesome now. I display him like an old WW2 bike scout delivering secret documents in his messenger bag with an mp7 in one hand {with a blast effect) shooting at someone while dismounting the bike. IMO I think allot of people might have liked the ram cycle without the gun but maybe a side car to display another figure in? I don't think it would add much or anything to the cost compared to the tooling spent on that 20mm cannon that should be mounted on an f16 not a bloody motor bike. 😅
I do like the new colour scheme on Duke. I was too grown up for Tiger Force so not nostalgic enough for the set though. #dontbeaswapper

Just found this today at Ross for $8.99
The closes Ross is 30 miles away and when I stopped there for work a week or so ago they had shit.
They obviously put the mouth on the gas tank as it was a larger more smooth surface than the front of the bike. I wanted to see the CLAW in Tiger Force colors. Oh well. Duke looks good.

Nice review. Since there's no Target in the UK and I don't have any particular love for this release, it's an easy pass for me. Hopefully they'll release the 🐯 Force line in thier original retro style.

I don't understand any of the comments about the windowless packaging. Unless you make the packaging have to be destroyed by opening it you can do any of the things you mentioned windowed or not. If you're argument is simply you can see the item then you can also check the packaging to see if it's been tampered with or worst case return it if it was.
The issue is that the toy swapping is getting out of hand, and too many people are posting issues. There’s also issues with Hasbro’s QC on Star Wars and Marvel, where if there was a window people wouldn’t buy it cause they would see it’s bad.
If it goes on clearance after Christmas, I’ll get it. I’m with you, I have little love for Duke. They made him way too OP in the toons. Even Hama barely used him.
I don’t mind the colors of the bike from what you showed. Except I would find a way to get the mouth off the gas tank. Another example the joe team doesn’t understand the history of the military.
Anything Joe is a crap shoot if it’ll be around after a couple months, but the distribution looks to be getting better. I’m not really sure they have to have an understanding of the military, right now they are completely remaking 80’s O-Ring figures. Also the original GI Joe line wasn’t pure military, it’s always had a bit of a futuristic vibe.

Have you been to them lately? All the Tiger Force and Python Patrol figures are showing up like crazy.

I was able to pick this TF ram cycle up at Target for $31. Because of all the sales they had a couple weeks ago. Now I will be waiting until October when they ship.
Listen, if you’re not reviewing things, do you really need it first? If you’re answer is no, I say wait till you can get it on sale. Good work on getting it on one of those toy sales Target does. Also it’s $2 cheaper at Target than Hasbro Pulse 🤷🏻♂️

I have no issue with repaints. I missed out on the first couple waves so I need a duke yet.... But why did they have to package him with the bike? How many people really want a ram cycle? I just got one Fromm bbts so their not that hard to find are they? I need a duke. I do not need another ram cycle.... I guess I'll be holding out for something else then.
Also I think the pistol is fine. It looks like a square body Glock in the figs hand. That good enough. That rifle was the pits though. How hard is it to put a circular barrel kn a rifle and not paint it gold? 😂 If they wanted to give the figure a "blaster" they could have given duke the old laser rifle from the cartoons that kinda looked like an m1 garande and allot less people would have bitched I bet.
My main problem with the windowless box is that they're a different size. The single-figure boxes aren't the same size as the windowed single figure boxes. And and I'm sure this box is a different size from the breaker ram cycle box. So if you like to keep the boxes and have them on the shelf and any type of order you now have a break in your order. And the Sergeant slaughter windowless box, his number is in between two windowed boxes. So you will have a obvious Gap in the order.
😂😂😂 yes I keep the boxes and have them in order and that is super annoying, and yes, this box is smaller but….Supreme Cobra Commander doesn’t even have a number on it and Sepentor and Mindbender are out of scale too. But I hear you, the hight is an eye sore when stacked together
I thought the TF Duke looked better than the first wave Duke. I’d probably not have bought the first wave if I’d have known this one was coming. I just didn’t like the futuristic look of the first wave.
Bro 😳😳😳 I made the statement when windowless box was announced that we should just open the boxes while we're in the store in front of an employee. And people went off on me and told me it was childish. I was told that was the stupidest thing ever. Let's see how they respond now.
Well I was under the assumption that they would be more secure, not just a crappy piece of tape I could peel off. As for opening it, this is the way I see it, how many times do we open a fan or something like that that’s boxed cause we want to see it. If you’re going to buy it, there should be no issues opening it and if it’s what you want, you buy it and if it’s swapped, you take it up there and tell them.

At Mini gun that comes with the ram cycle is from roadblock Amazon exclusive you can also swap it out to have a more natural look

Agree the cycle look small. So in person which one is better the original Duke or the Tiger Duke?
It just seems small lol. You know I never liked Duke growing up and I never had TF Duke, but I like the TF Duke. I think some of it has to do with them trying to hide the shin and knee pads.

Yes it was, but my point was they didn’t want to change the hair color cause Duke is blonde, but the TF O-Ring Duke has brown hair. Clearly it wasn’t an issue changing hair color, that’s all.

Fully get that, he’s not for everyone. I would have been fine with just the figure and no bike.
What is a toy swapre?
People who buy a figure and then return a different, cheaper figure in the same package just so they can save a buck.

@@GI.Jared1984 yes, but many employees don’t look or care. But now with Hasbro going plastic free we can’t see even see when buying the product, which is making things even worse.
If Hasbro really wants to help the environment they should look at reducing the size of their bloody boxes while stiil providing us the plastic window. I mean look how much space was wasted putting duke and the bike in the display position in that cardboard sleeve! Make the box way smaller and cut down on their shiiping costs would probably be better for the environment and their bottom line in the long run. Also they can put that small plastic window back. It's not that kind of packaging that's so bad. It's the vacumform completly sealed in a plastic coffin stuff that needs to go. Tie figure and accessory bags to a cardboard card and then give us a display window to see the contents.... Is it that hard?
I looked up the OG TFDuke and they're pretty much the same. And the mouth would've looked better under the windshield.
Yeah I have seen him and just like the first Duke they are very similar. I agree with the mouth, could have looked better IMO.
Windowless packaging is going to be a harsh reality for Amazon. Especially since a lot of Amazon returns if not all, aren't even opened to see if the item is in the box. I watched the documentary on returns. And these things I just shipped to some facility after their return and they're either destroyed or put into large bins and sold as returns for a few hundred dollars. They only check to see if the item is there just to see the condition the item is in. And this is well after you've gotten your return and now the item is just sitting in a box with a bunch of other items that aren't labeled as to who returned what. Millions of dollars in returned product. And now a lot of bargain being stores have been opening up that actually sell these returned items.

Our toy community have to be about 2% of the population CZcamsrs are probably less than 1% people who watch CZcams is probably the other one percent.. and then we have Lord knows how many people that just simply buy toys and don't waste their time on CZcams like a bunch of children who aren't even allowed to watch a lot of these videos. It may be true that your entire audience does not swap figures. They don't make up enough people to even make it a concern. I wouldn't even be surprised if a lot of swappers were actually out of box eBay sellers. I first complained was scalpers I second complaint was distribution problems now our third complaint is figure swappers. Sony did it the correct way. When the PlayStation came out Sony used PlayStation tape that said void if you peel it off. Hasbro is too cheap for that. I have personally come across tampered boxes in Target. When people peel the tape it doesn't lay down the way that it does from the factory. You look for those fingernails scratches around the edge of the tape. You look to see if all the tape on the entire box matches. And Hasbro does not use Scotch tape. Their take does not have ridges. And some people are too lazy so they were just apply a second layer of tape on top of the Hasbro tape. A lot of these people aren't that smart so it shouldn't be too hard to notice if the box has been tampered with
