The AFNG flies their F15s around the Bitterroot all the time. pretty cool.I saw my first F15 in 1975 when I was in the USAF. Its amazing that an airframe that old is steal deadly as hell today!

I’ve always been partial to the “sky pig”. The A6 Intruder was an amazing piece of equipment that helped us out a ton in operation Desert Storm. The A10 is absolutely amazing and incomparable to any other aircraft. Total war machines! Love the video 🤘🏼
Yeah, the A10 is slow and old, but still useful; paraphrasing Dumb & Dumber lol

Reminds me of our desert camping trips in and around California City, which is on the edge of Edwards Airforce base, we were treated regularly to military aircraft flyovers. Looking at Blacks creek on Goggle earth looks nothing like what is shown on your video, though it's hard to get proper topo perspective.
The Danskins are way better in person! They are lower in elevation than most of the areas I ride, but really good in the spring.
the A10 is also a very deadly air to air fighter. It carries the AIM-9 and can turn inside moster designated fighter aircraft
Yep! The sidewinder makes the A-10 deadly air to air but it’s still super slow!
I used to compete at IPSC pistol matches with and f16 pilot. He told me the hardest thing to shoot down is a Piper Cub
I guess his point was that being slow isn't necessarily a liability in a turning fight. A Cub with a sidewinder can get behind a passing F16 in the blink of an eye.

I rode Danskin late midweek a few years ago. An Apache was headed up canyon maybe 100 feet above road as I was driving down. Pretty awesome.
One of those flew over me while I was fishing and 10 years ago! I didn’t hear it until it was right on me.

Yeah, its flowing pretty good up there right now. Early spring is about it for the creek up by the cliff. Willow Creek is a bit deep right now.
Who did your suspension? The bike looked completely under control and smooth. You appeared to be rolling right along as well. 😊
Proline did my suspension, though i am having someone else do it now that they have sold to a different company. I usually just use the suspension place closest to my house.

It’s not too difficult to spot in the Danskins. Start on 500 and make your way to 321. I think there were a whole bunch of trail numbers I rode in this video!
