I love that you use walnuts in your pesto. I also often use cashews and they're not authentic but so delicious. How long does the pesto keep in the fridge? I'm always worried about their shelf life that's why I make a very small batch.
Usually I put it in the fridge about 7days. If lt looks like taking more time, I move it to the freezer. So It’s going back and forth between the fridge and freezer😂 I saw some recipes using cashews as well. I think they’re amazing, too! I’ll make it that way👍
