I sat listening to this fellow every summer in the alps at 7000 ft on Sommet Bucher above Chateau Queyras, Hautes Alpes, France from 1978 - 1984 for 2 to 3 months at a time on staff. My sufi guide Sheikh Rabia called Pir "the crest of the wave of spirituality in our time".We studied the various religious tradition's enlightenment practices and did retreats. About 500 persons would cycle through in 2 week sessions that were bilingual English, French, or German. I feel that my life was forever blessed in a very positive way by being in the presence of this fellow and guided by his influence.

I love the last few words of Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan! He still fills my heart with joy even he's not physical with as any more! Love to all who are so tolerant as he was! Also he had a great sense of humour! Music is already the language of now and will be even more in the future! And ''Yes'' sound affects everything! It even can heal body and soul! This means for people of all religions and believes!

Thank you. Would speculate that "sounds/mantras" could heal lung diseases.
But one would have to live in an optimal environment also.
