Every spring we fish top water plugs for blues in about 4’ of water on the flats in NJ. I don’t know if there is anything more fun than watching a big blue crashing and missing a plug over and over again. We fish it from a small tin boat at their level and when you do hook’em you feel like they could pull you in. 😁
