The mavs aren’t tanking for vic .they lost on purpose so they would get their top 10 protected pick. If they won they would have a super small chance of getting their pick bc it would be the 11th or 12th etc. but if it’s in the top ten they would keep it and the nets wouldn’t get it. Mark Cuban is just being smart that’s all. (I’m not a mavs fan I just wanted to make it clear) 😁

Those late 80s/early 90s Cavs teams were legit, if they could have stayed healthy and hadn't run into the Bad Boy Pistons and Jordan Bulls they could have even won a title. Mark Price one of the most underrated players to do it, was a beast in that era, I can only imagine what he'd have done in this era given he was way ahead of his time and the total lack of defense these days. Daugherty, Nance, Hot Rod, Harper and Ehlo were all really good players as well.

The most surprising part for me was the mavs getting ANYWHERE considering we have Kyrie!!! Brunson was much more helpful on the mavs than Kyrie especially seeing as he is a 91 OVR on NBA 2k23.
