If you want a challenge with that machine, I have a suggestion because I know the machine you’re using (they have it at my gym. I use it all the time). There is a button on the lower left side of the screen panel that looks like mountains. It’s an interval training program. That’s the one I always use. Try level 10 to start out with.

I think after you hit the 10 mile mark, days 11 through 31 should be on a bike.
