Can you purchase a piece of land, say 1/2 to 1 acre, pay for tree clearing that will provide enough space to build a deck and install a 30ft yurt onto that deck? If so, are we still looking at 6+ months? I’ve seen a piece of land on Zillow for $275K that already has a yurt on it. I would be tapping into the electrical grid on the island (or installing solar), harvesting rain water, as well as maybe bringing water in by the gallon or having water delivered (if this is an option) until a sufficient amount of rain water can be stored. What is the feasibility of this happening within a few months time? Thanks in advance ❤
