- Captured here are various vehicles of the Hong Kong Fire Services Department (HKFSD) responding from Wan Chai Fire Station, one of the busiest stations in the department! You will see an emergency ambulance (A250) of the Fire Services passing by, followed by responses of the Major Pump (F2631) and Light Rescue Unit (F251). I was also able to capture the Hydraulic Platform (F2326) responding to an automatic fire alarm activation together with the Major Pump.
What do you think of Hong Kong's emergency vehicles? Let me know in the comments!

Only *you* can manage to make a really entertaining video out of what is probably the most filmed fire station on the Asian continent lol. Good job Timbo!
Why thank you Jimmy! That means a lot 😄
Hmm I wonder if it actually is the most filmed in Asia. Probably, but SCDF Central might be a contender as well 🤔
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponsesWhy is Wan Chai FS so popular? Is it because they have the most deployments?
@@canto_v12 Wan Chai is definitely among the busiest stations in Hong Kong, but Mong Kok Fire Station has the highest call volume in the whole city.
I think Wan Chai is popular for a number of reasons. The station is easy to reach and located right on one of the main roads in the middle of busy areas (Wan Chai and Causeway Bay) that are frequented by visitors and tourists. The station has also become recognizable for its loud pedestrian alert tones and bells. Additionally there were many videos taken here years ago by CZcamsrs like Rescue911 and mlps93 who popularized some of the first emergency response videos from HK. So I would say that all in all Wan Chai has become an iconic fire station, similar to FDNY’s ‘Pride of Midtown’ fire house (Engine 54).
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses thanks for the detail!
@@canto_v12Any time 👍🏼
Only insiders recognize the cloud of smoke in the intro shot 🤓🧐 - Very cool video! 😄
And haters will say it is fake… 😂 Thanks my friend!
Hong Kong’s emergency vehicles are great and have highlights.
I agree 😁
Nice video as usual! Cool catches! I love Hong Kong's vehicles.
Thank you! I have a real love for Hong Kong’s emergency vehicles ever since I first visited the city as a child 🤩
Welcome back to the Hong Kong Fire Services Department. There are other vehicles available, such as the newly purchased Rest 15 and other types of vehicles
Awesome catches ... what a scenery :O
Thank you very much! Hong Kong’s incredible city-scape never seizes to amaze me 😌
Great video
Thank you! 🙂
Looking forward to your summer trip
Me too 😎
Awesome video!!!
Thank you!
Amazing video!
Thank you!
The looks and sirens are similar to SCDF which is Singapore Civil Defence Force!
True 👍🏼
Woha
nice video mate
Thank you!
Gotta love the scenery intro!
One of the coolest skylines in the world! 😎
Awesome
Thanks!
Great footage - that was cool you got the firefighter sliding down the pole in the background!
Thanks! 🙂 Yea I think I captured it twice in this video actually. Always cool to see.
Great video! Awesome looking trucks!
Thank you very much! The vehicles in Hong Kong are some of my favorite in the world (although the trucks could use some grille lights).
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses I’ve always wanted to travel overseas and buff! it’s been on the list! maybe in a couple years!
@@FireAlley Awesome. Hope you get to do it soon!
Awesome catches!!
Got some non yelp in there too🤣
I'll be back in HK for a few days next week...lets see if theres anything good
Thank you sir! 😁
Yep, I had fun putting this together because all the responses had a good urgency to them and relatively loud sirens/ good siren-use! The MP rushing with the truck horn has to be my favorite. 🙌🏼
Nice man. I’m jealous lol
Try to get a shot of that new TL!
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses easier said than done, but will try!
@@mlps93I’d say it was pretty easily down (in retrospect)! Haha 😂
More amazing stuff from HK! How much more do you have?
Thanks! A lot more! 😁
Love em, slightly remind me of ours over here in Australia.
Thanks for the comment! Yea there’s similarities, but I think Singapore’s look even more similar to the Australian ones.
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Absolutely! That Ambu;lance siren is the same that Ambulance Victoria uses on the Emergency ambulances or AGP's, if you know what it is, please tell me.
Love this vid as always. What happened to the DENNIS RS 130 vehicles?
Thank you! The Dennis trucks have all been retired by now.
Magnificent video of the fire vehicles in action, i like it 5 stars.
Thumbs up.
Keep up the perfect work, my friend, liked and subscribed, Greetings from Portugal to Canadá.
Thank you very much!! 😊
Will you be going to see fire stations in other countries soon? I'm really looking forward to it
Yes I will!
Awesome video what does the light rescue unit do?
Thanks! Basically just a small rescue truck that handles the majority of calls that do not require a pumping appliance. Goes to a lot of medicals, elevator entrapments, traffic accidents, door opening etc.
Who's the person filming with you guys😂?
I don’t know man… Some random guy with a news camera setup??! 😂😂
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Yeah, he's probably working for the news
Emergency spotters on Hong Kong 🇭🇰 News 🤣
Hello from Singapore! Love your vids! Any plans to visit and film other Asian countries like Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan etc?
Thank you very much! Glad you like them 🙂
Yes, definitely. As you may know I do have videos from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, but they are several years old now and I’d love to get new ones! No concrete plans right now, but I’ll make it happen in the future 👍🏼
See you always go Wan chai Fire station, try another station😂😂
I like Wan Chai, but I’ve covered many other stations as well… ⬇️
Central, Sheung Wan, TST, Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei, North Point, Causeway Bay, Wong Tai Sin, Tung Chung, Kennedy Town, Sai Wan Ho, Cheung Sha Wan, Kong Wan…
Stay tuned for more videos!
That looks more like a lunch Run than a Fire Dept going to an emergency.
Umm ok lol …how so?
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Thats a super slow departure. A fire crew comes out as one with a clear leader.
If this really is precedure it needs a review.
Team comes out as a unit, Driver first, starts the engine. Then the power cable is removed. Lead fireman steps outside the station and brings the engine out to a spot over the sidewalk.
Lights and sound on after leaving the station. Horn sounds first.
Lead fireman gets in last and sets the destination of the engine.
Siren comes on with lights. Fire Engine goes to fire or practisedestination.
MOST damming they do not have their fire gear on.
@@georgethomas7814 Ok. Valid points, but you cannot expect everything to be done the way you are used to (assuming in North America). There are vastly different procedures and practices around the world.
@@TGGGlobalEmergencyResponses Its not North American. Most european countries are close to what I have described. I am sure you've seen it yourself.
@@georgethomas7814 Some may be, some are not. They are pretty fast in Hong Kong. I’ve definitely seen far slower responses in Europe. And it’s completely normal for firefighters to get dressed while inside the trucks on the way to a call. Not sure if you’re aware, but Hong Kong’s emergency services models are closely based on their British counterparts. Again, everyone does it slightly differently.
Will you be posting fire brigade and other videos from Asia and other states and other countries soon I'm very much looking forward to it
Yes I will be. Appreciate your support and patience! 😄
no problem
Can I take a screenshot of your video with good scenery and vehicles? No malicious intent
You can take a screenshot for your own enjoyment, as long as you don’t re-upload it anywhere… 😅
I will only watch it myself
@@user-cf1go3mu6j Not a problem 👍🏼
1:59 name siren?
Haztec Eurosmart
Why would you walk in front of a fire engine with its siren going???
To a lot of people nothing matters but themselves…
Turn on your cameras image stabilization….
It is on.
Slow turnout times.
I think it depends on the kind of call they are responding to. Fires in Hong Kong are rarely structural due to the lack of wooden buildings, and deadly accidents are not as common as in the past.
They are pretty quick in my opinion. I’ve seen way worse.
that type of filming of government vehicles in hong kong could be deemed hostile reconnaissance 🤷♂
I hope not. Never had any issues at all while filming in HK 👍🏼
Ja pierdole, ale amatorszczyzna. Niech przyjadą do Polski na szkolenie w OSP.
