- Perfect windless morning and a sketchy practice flight. I've flown various RC over the years but this is my first FPV quad. The Baby Ape 2 has been very impressive so far. As a beginner I found the stock camera FOV too narrow and swapped it out for a Caddx Ratel 2. I also installed a Foxeer Lollipop 4 which massively improved the range. Unfortunately this was destroyed while having a disagreement with a pine tree and was not installed on this flight. New lollipop inbound.

How is the experience with the quad?
It's good! Great quality for the price. Flies well. Great for getting started in freestyle before moving up to a 5". No complaints.
Hi, what do you think about this drone? Im beginner and im think about this one or baby ape pro v2. What you can advise?
It's a great beginner freestyle drone. Nothing has broken on mine after many crashes. I have the 4s version and get about 5 mins of freestyle or up to 7 mins cruising on 650mah. I'm still on the original props too. They're strong! I upgraded the vtx antenna and camera and get about 1km of range if I don't fly behind anything.
This drone has more power than the pro version.
@@FPV_sk8 Thanks! Now I need to decide what can I do, I cant pay for customs because I have problems with my card, so I need to order this drone and it must be under 150 euro. From Where official darwinfpv ships, becauseif its only from Us, i cant order from them cause of customs? or i have to order it only from aliexpress.
