Dude is 60 years old and still looks 40
Lennie Tristano die at the age of 59 in 1978, he couldn't be the same age as Joe. Great story though, "Play what you want" Enlighten me a big way.
"I can talk with you all day. I know you have to..." Interview dude, do you know who you're talking to? Joe Satriani is giving you his time not the other way around. Respect. Behave.
The interviewer doesn't even show any interest in Joe's answers. He didn't look like he knew what Joe was talking about when he was talking about the boxset and remastering of it. Also, this idiot gets the name of Joe's songs and albums wrong!
He was having a fanboy fever. You should probably cut him some slack.
I doubt that, he has worked with Joe before.
