oh shit unlucky for you man. i dont know if this info makes it any better for you but you dont have to play through the entire game again to access the cinders gauntlet you only have to play up until you can fight father owl
to get to him you have to play through the entire new the cinders gauntlet event which you activate by defeating father owl and having all 7 custom prosthetic tools then you head to the abandoned dungeon where you have to fight 21 different gauntlets consisting of 3-4 minibosses each after that you go to hirata where you defeated owl after that you have to do 2 more gauntlets and then you can fight tengu. the sword saint isshin (nioh the bishop) only appears if you are on the hardcore version as far as i know. i dont know how that works with uploading a save file at the moment
