せめてもの慈悲で、マーリオゥがシエル先輩の遺体を引き取って大切に保管しようとした時、「こいつ超いいやつ」って感動した
このエンドも好きだけど、初めてやった時失った感凄すぎてこの曲聴きながら放心してた
この曲聞くだけで思い出して涙が止まらなくなる
悲しい結末だけど、志貴が(ほぼ有り得るはずがない)先輩の蘇生に前向きなのが、この曲調と重なってプレイ時すごく感動した。
別れとは別に生きる希望を感じられて、本当に素晴らしい話だった。

I think that this ending gave Shiki a purpose in life. Before that he was living adrift, completely lost and chasing after... something and nothing at the same time. He had no end goal in the start of the story, but it changed in this route. I like this end more than arc's and true ciel's.
Truly a sad ending... But damn, this (the whole CIel route) was such a MASSIVE improvement over the original.
I bet plenty of us prefer a tragic ending over the "harem ending" that was Ciel's "good end" (good for anyone besides her) from OG Tsukihime.
Wait, was this tragic? Meaning of Ciel's true end is actually dual - in SHIKI's opinion, Shiki is dead, but after SHIKI's leaving we see both Shiki and Ciel alive. Did I missed something?
@@igornebov this is the bad end, where Shiki intends to sacrifice himself to save Ciel, only for her to do the exact thing upon him.
@@aquaos I know, but that fact doesn't determ the duality of what we actually see in the final scene when Ciel and Shiki reunited. It looks just like average cliffhanger.
@@igornebov no dude, ciel is dead in this normal end and it is not bad end. shiki joins church as executor just like how ciel is an executor. So that he can repay her not by reviving her (which he desire but knew that it is impossible) instead by doing the work which she would do if she would be alive.

For those who came here after finishing Ciel's normal ending or still not there yet, get ready for that final route true ending! This ending to me did feel fulling but a little bitter sweet as it's pretty sad conclusion. The decision to use a piano for the ending is something I really like and enjoyed as this theme feels like its telling you there's still something missing to this story (That being the True End).
Now that the Remake is actually confirmed for the localization (I was screaming like a mf at 1am when I saw the news), I am definitely rereading it when it comes out... PLUS COPING THE LIMITED EDITION!!!

Honestly, whilst this could be considered a “bad end”, I really don’t see it as much.
Yes it’s labeled as the “normal end”, but it leaves so much up for interpretation.
Both endings to Ciel route are absolutely phenomenal, and work absolutely flawlessly. I REALLY hope Nasu works more on this strange, yet super interesting alternate ending.
I would still call it Bad to depressing considering the message A Rainbow in the Night - and as Ciel put it “something you want to happen but it's impossible” or something along those lines
Shiki wants to bring back Ciel knowing it's impossible especially before he does in 10 years

@@8ddokkan462The route before this was Arcueid going to sleep forever so at the moment the Ciel Normal route really wasn’t as bad as it seems in hindsight. The True ending with both of them being happy and alive is what makes this route seem super depressing

初めてプレイした時の涙腺崩壊よ……｡シエルルートはノーマルエンドが一番好きです。
I love how this track references Moonbow at 1:56. It’s an absolute gut punch alongside all the other gut punches in this ending.
Someday, the beloved senpai will return.
もちろん幸せなのはトゥルーENDの白日の碧なんだけどね…たぶんシエル√本来としてはこれが結末なんじゃないかと思ってしまう。アルクェイド√もそうだったからなのか…リメイク版しかやったことないから言いきれないけど、これが「月の表側」の終わりかたなのかと思うと本当にやりきれない気持ちになる…
I just got this ending. I liked it... it gave me HF normal vibes.

最初ギャラリーの枠3つしか見えなかったから「エンディングも3つしかないのかな｣と思ってて、アルクルート2つ埋めてからプレイしてたのもあって「嘘だろ...シエルルートってハッピーエンド無いの？！」ってガチ鬱なりかけた記憶。あれほどシエル先生コーナーに救いを求めたことは無かった...
けどこのシナリオもめっちゃ良かった...今晩もカレー食う🍛
