Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to the War of Conquest, featuring the one and only Aegon the Conqueror! Follow along as we conquer the seven kingdoms as Aegon did in the past and accomplish that which has yet to be, establishing a dynasty that will last a thousand, thousand years!
Crusader Kings 2 is a real time strategy game developed by Paradox Interactive and the Game of Thrones overhaul was developed by the CK2:AGOT development team. (At least that’s what it says on moddb)
Not sure which CZcamsr got me into CKii or AGOT, but regardless, the amount of freedom and replayability that the game offers makes it utterly worthwhile purchasing.

Don't worry ladies and gentlemen, I have not forgotten to rename the new born dragon! I recorded this episode before I got all of your suggestions for names for the youngling and (hopefully) we still have time to change the name. I am also glad that the majority of you agree that keeping the Valyrian lore names for family members etc. would be the best course of action.
With the conquest quickly coming to a close, I am looking for advice for raising heirs that are worthy of carrying on the Targaryen dynasty! Leaves suggestions and tips down below. Also, once the war for conquest has ended, we will inevitably be shifting our focus south, to the Summer Sea. That seems like an easy continent to conquer and would spice things up should things get too easy or tedious. Before that though, we will be revoking a lot of titles from disloyal paramounts, as you all know, I demand utter devotion from my lord paramounts and that is without exception in this series as well.

Perhaps giving your children dragon eggs? The sons who can't tame there dragons possibly disowned or not seen as a fit heir for the throne? Just a thought 🤔

@@WilkinsVideos The only time I have to work on the thumbnail for it would be today, as for the actual first recording, I SHOULD do it today, but I am worried about the quality since I didn't sleep well last night and I am obviously sleep deprived. Unfortunately, I feel bad if I delay recording it but I also will feel bad if I went into it knowing that I wasn't at my best. Kind of a screwed if I do, screwed if I don't scenario.

I am still negotiating with myself as to how I will use my time and it looks like I am going to prioritize setting up my personal internet connection, with benefits the channel is so many ways that it isn't really a discussion and then I will see if I cannot get the Ned Stark and Oberyn Martell thumbnails done today.
If you intend to keep playing after conquest, you might want to take kings landing, if im not mistaken you need it to take the decision to build the roads of westeros
Why would I need King's Landing to continue my rule? The roads of Westeros are cool and all, but I don't see Aegonsfort as the jewel of Westeros. I think Orys Baratheon is doing a fine job ruling that wooden fort in the mud.
I think he means that you need King's Landing to build the Kingsroad

The lord of Bardhome was defending Highgarden, so you weren't attacking Bardhome itself but it's lord.
Maybe. I swear that when we unleashed the dragons, they were burning Bardhome instead of Highgarden though.

If you need more babies, since breeding a son is not yet ensure, you can cancel the "have a son" ambition and chose in stage the "grown a heir" one, which can give you 20% extra fertility.
Orys can start the Baratheon house if you don’t legitimize him. Maybe you giving him the land around kings landing cancels it out
Cancels out him starting House Baratheon? You mean, via an event? Orys cannot marry Argilac's daughter, she is already claimed. That and Argilac still lives and is lord of Storm's End, well, until we find a way to root him out and take his titles legitimately. If Orys has babies with his current wife, he will produce children of the House Baratheon. They won't have the crowned stag sigil, they will have a variant of the three headed dragon.

@@epicfish8134 Ah, well, it wasn't I who set up the scenario for that. They should have made that into an event or something. Not sure why, but Argella seems to get married to Ser Boros Cole instantly after the game time starts. Effectively destroying Orys' lore.
Joeblivion oh well it’s an really cool difference and you can make your own story. And maybe Orys can make a home in blackwater
