- In this video, I show how to service (Oil Change) a Lamborghini Gallardo. Is it any more difficult than any other car? The benefits of changing your oil on time are numerous. Regular oil changes improve your engine's performance, extend its longevity, and help your car achieve its peak gas mileage. Clean oil is essential for keeping the engine and all the engine controls properly lubricated and running smoothly.
Cost Of A Lamborghini Oil Change
The cost of changing the oil in a Lamborghini varies depending on the model, manufacturing year, service location, and the oil necessary for the change. However, one can expect to pay an average of $800 to $2000 for the service.

How many of you do your own car maintenance?
I used to do brakes and oil change
I do. Just get oem parts. Such as filters.
As much as I can👌
If you don’t do your own work
You have to get a second job to pay the stealership.
@@anguslean4058 Amen!
Yup! I do all my own!! We grew up that way. Quick story, got busy one time went to the dealer for a tire rotation, told him to torque the wheels to 90 ft-lbs He torqued them to 150 ft-lbs. Never again!!
Its crazy....everything is wayyyyy over tightened!
Hey Brian, please take us along with you on the lambo journey.I and others would love to experience that first hand please These are fun and personal Thanks 313
Wing Chun, damn. Good thing I have too much respect for you to ever mess with you.
good to see people posting videos on diy stuff. cant wait for the other videos.
More to come!
Great video and very informative. I like how they put the oil filter in a tight spot. I guess they don’t think about the oil filter being easy to get to.I’m glad you do it yourself because it’s a savings big time👊🏼
I've done all my own maintenance since before I even started driving. I do everything on my vehicles that I'm capable of doing in my driveway or single car garage. I've done everything from a simple oil change to brakes, steering/suspension, to transmission/transfer case removal and replace and top engine rebuilds
You forgot one part, or you did it wrong. There was no bleeding, smashed fingers, or cursing. I'd go back and do it over again until you get it right.
I'd sure would enjoy watching any work you do on the car. Really like your channel a lot!!
There was some cursing… I tried to talk over it at times.😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for posting these videos. You have a natural ability to teach, inform and just “hang out” with your viewers…
I enjoyed this video and am still shocked the engine takes 11 quarts of oil. The oil filter location surprised me along with two plugs to pull for draining the oil. Audi does know how to build an engine and the exhaust has a good lick to it. I’m looking forward to more videos of the Lamborghini maintenance.
Yeah we definitely want to see you add more to the car my man !
Great choice of Mods for your Gallardo Brian! Beautiful Car!
Not many people get to see this type of car being worked on, thanks I found it interesting 👍✌️☮️
Orange Alcantara , Nice !
Loving this content B. Always enjoy spending time with you my friend ❤❤
Really enjoyed this video. They certainly give you no room to work in that engine bay. I can’t speak for everyone but I would love to see more of you working on the Lamborghini.👍
Thanks Brian but to me that's not a thousand dollar job, no way!! Great job!! Love to see whatever you do to it! Thanks!!
Thanks Brian, we enjoy spending time with you as well !
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Love to see the interior
The oil filter on an R56S Mini Cooper is inconveniently placed as well, and sits at an angle, so no chance of not making a mess down the side of the engine.
I enjoyed this video. Always open to learning something new, even if I may never have one of these cars. I'll look forward to more of them.
Thanks Brian.. now I can service my lambo!
Great video! I'd enjoy seeing more maintenance and upgrade videos.
I would like to see the interior work the carbon fiber and the leather.👍🏻💎
Nice change of pace with different video good friend
I do my own maintenance as well as my boys, we have eight cars in the family and I’m sure we’ve saved thousands in labor, great video, thanks Brian 👍😁
Nice ride !!
Happy Thanksgiving from Pottsville!!
Yah great video Brian! I used to always have my car serviced! Then I found out my mechanic was charging $190.00 an hour. Oh hell No! Now I do everything on my 08 E550. I just finished lower control arms. And ball joints. It's a good feeling to know that I did a good job 😊! Your Lamborghini is looking amazing of course!😎. It's cool to see anything you do on your cars!
I feel the same way, always do at least your own oil changes.
I always do them on my Motorcycles, cause frankly, you can train a Chimp to change oil, so why pay a dealer to do such an easy Job.
Plus, the feel good therapy of working on your own car/Bike is one of the best rewards of owning such vehicles.
Yup I do my own maintenance but I still know my limits!
I don't service our late model cars they are serviced at there dealerships . my older car ( 1983 Holden WB ute ) i do service myself.
I worked in dealership's for over 15 years if different roles and the guys that work on our late models are the guys i used to work with so i trust them and i also get staff or trade pricing still.
In my time at dealerships I've seen some horrors of not servicing by the book or at the required time so we don't usually buy second hand cars , the few we have bought the service book is the first thing we look at.. if it's been filled out by the owner or not the same make dealership we walk away.
I know people bash dealerships but after all my time in them I know were the problems are and thats mostly due the communication..
I would work in a dealership again anytime and hopefully i will in the future.
If you had any car rattles that you resolved would like to see how to added foam or adjusted things etc
Cool!! Fun to watch 👌
Nice
Can't wait to see more!
Yes indeed a piece of cake
Brian try the amsoil !! Way more robust!! Sheer capabilities are much higher!!
I shall look into it....thank you!
I second that! Been a mechanic for 20 years and Amsoil is all I use in anything I own that requires oil.
Project Farm did a video testing all the major oils and Amsoil blew every product away. Mobil 1 finished 8th but the amazing part is Amazon Basics finished 2nd taking every one by surprise.
Maintenaining our own car is great as much as we can
The audio quality is fantastic now! What mic are you using?
Rode FTW!!
Thanks for sharing 😊
Bought a gen 7.5 Camry as my daily for this very reason, easy dumb car to do absolutely everything on.
Hey Brian I maintenance al my toys.
Like that video and take us only the ride show more video like that..❤ awesome
Wow! Impressive 😮
I would of been yelling every adjective none 2 man.lol.way 2 go saving a grand.anyone else would of spilt oil every where so u bssically paid some1 2 trash that badass ride.lookn fwd 2 seeing more on lambo good friend
Love this content!!
I like these videos.👍🏻👍🏻
Right here. Screw the dealership. Same oil you can buy at wal mart for half the price. I just get the filters at the dealer for my BMW x5m
VERY NICE HOW MANY MILES IT HAS?
Отличная работа, очень тщательно подошёл. Я конечно же сам выполняю эту работу на своих авто. Подскажи пожалуйста, как ты относишься к замене масла через щуп?
I do mine but I use an oil sucker most of the time. On the wife's KIA that has already had one free engine, I will pull a quart at about 1000 miles and then do a full change at 3000 miles. This gives me a chance to see if the Theta 2.junk is drinking oil or just using it for lubrication. One my Tahoe with a 6L80 trans I pull a gallon of fluid out every 6 months to try and keep it going because it isn't if it will eat the torque converter it is when. With a 130,000 PPV with 14,000 hours on it, it has pumped a lot of fluid.
Getting to your Lamborghini, I would suck down that sump in a thousand miles and send a sample to Blackstone to make sure it is happy. Plus it will act as a cheap flush. 5 quarts is cheap insurance on that yellow monster.
Are you serious????
@@ETPAK Yes. Those 2 vehicles have serious issues. Kia with the Theta2 and GM with the 6l80 transmission if it has the original GM torque converter.
A question, did you measure how much oil actually drained out? I'm just curious how much is left in the sumps and lines. Thanks.
Too funny when you opened up a fresh quart to lube the filter housing o-ring. The old filter was right there, plenty of juice left for the o-ring. You are definitely anal in a positive way. I’ve never wrench tightened one of those filter housings though, but then again I’ve never changed the oil on a Lamborghini.
Please detail my car!!
Crazy to think this is a $1000 job.
Def dont make that 4 my big ass 2 get under thst hood let alone getting the oil filter in and out.
Did you get rid of corvette?
The only Vette I have right now is the Fairway Green C5.
29 cents stuk
When will the bc3 in gallon be back in stock ?
Hopefully this week yet.😁👍🏻
