Acts chapter 4 sort of copy's the Quran , it can depend how you view religion.
Quran is Word of Allah SWT and for HIM there is no Past, Present or Future and for HIM there is no First, Second or Third person. For HIM there is no "Here and There".
Allah SWT see all Universes, Times and Spaces, Generations and Creations Dead or Alive, and those who will be born in future and even judgement day and what will happen after that, Simultaneously at ONCE as PRESENT and happening NOW.
Its we humans who need these "Time and Space and Grammar of Speech Details" to understand things because of the limitations of our comprehension being a creation.
If Allah SWT blesses us then we can understand why Allah SWT Speaks like that in Quran and it can help us for better understanding of it and this way of adress also confirms that Quran is Surely and Truely Word of Allah SWT.
In my humble understanding NOTHING is by ACCIDENT in QURAN and each and every word, every change of subject or tense is absolutely and perfectly placed and has a DEFINITE REASON.
