Pile #2: The taking off the mask has a very substantial meaning to me. I just got my diagnosis of autism, being a 65 year old woman, and one of the things that has been very heavy for me is that I have been forced to carry masks in my meetings with people. I have been forced to pretend feelings and expressions, since I couldn't really feel them, all to try and fit in, in a world where I never did fit in. Taking off all of my masks has left me feeling rather blank, like I don't know really who I am anymore. We had an incredible, completely in synch working relationship, respect for one another, and just beautiful, loving friendship. We actually still do. But these days we’re working in completely different industries, neither one of feeling very happy or fulfilled. In December of 2021 we nearly lost my husband from congestive heart failure, due to a fluke virus attacking one of his main valves, weakening it. Other than that, he has the heart of a 20 year old. In February of 2023 we nearly lost me due to a rapidly growing tumor in my right breast that was also spreading quickly and had already gone into my lymph nodes. I met my surgeon for the first time on a Monday and he scheduled an emergency mastectomy and lymphectomy for Tuesday…CRAZY side note, the emergency surgery was on 2-22-22 and I have NO family history of breast cancer or really cancer in general, on either side of my family! I had a mastectomy on the other breast this last summer 2023 because I had a mass on the other side. Turned out to be nothing. Finished chemo and radiation about a year ago. Hair is continuing to grow back. Going through breast reconstruction. FINALLY , starting to feel mentally, emotionally and physically stronger, but has taken, and continues to take a LOT to rebuild the physical (in my 50s now😜). But my point to all this context is, I have felt, and even termed it, like I’m coming out of hibernation. That I now see, all the daily CRAP I used to stress over as a wife, mom, teacher, daughter to elderly parents, etc…it is important, but stressing over it all, each and every minute of every day helps NO ONE, especially me. I’ve FINALLY learned to relax, do what I can, and let go of what I can’t instead of panicking and beating myself up. I feel stronger, more in control, ready to start my own business, pave my own way. Make money myself off my creativity and ideas rather than someone else. And I know when things take off, my husband’s curiosity and attraction to me will peak, revamping our love life 😉, and he’ll want to leave his job to become a part of it too. Reigniting our professional, creative, and romantic passions all together! I actually got a business idea / life project since 2012, but I didn’t have luck on getting trustworthy web dev development, and I exactly need to manifest resources so I can move forward with twinflame connection and life mission. Card #1 - I met my husband years ago at work after we both were divorced. We had an incredible, completely in synch working relationship, respect for one another, and just beautiful, loving friendship. We actually still do. But these days we’re working in completely different industries, neither one of feeling very happy or fulfilled.
In December of 2021 we nearly lost my husband from congestive heart failure, due to a fluke virus attacking one of his main valves, weakening it. Other than that, he has the heart of a 20 year old.
In February of 2023 we nearly lost me due to a rapidly growing tumor in my right breast that was also spreading quickly and had already gone into my lymph nodes. I met my surgeon for the first time on a Monday and he scheduled an emergency mastectomy and lymphectomy for Tuesday…CRAZY side note, the emergency surgery was on 2-22-22 and I have NO family history of breast cancer or really cancer in general, on either side of my family!
I had a mastectomy on the other breast this last summer 2023 because I had a mass on the other side. Turned out to be nothing. Finished chemo and radiation about a year ago. Hair is continuing to grow back. Going through breast reconstruction. FINALLY , starting to feel mentally, emotionally and physically stronger, but has taken, and continues to take a LOT to rebuild the physical (in my 50s now😜).
But my point to all this context is, I have felt, and even termed it, like I’m coming out of hibernation. That I now see, all the daily CRAP I used to stress over as a wife, mom, teacher, daughter to elderly parents, etc…it is important, but stressing over it all, each and every minute of every day helps NO ONE, especially me. I’ve FINALLY learned to relax, do what I can, and let go of what I can’t instead of panicking and beating myself up.
I feel stronger, more in control, ready to start my own business, pave my own way. Make money myself off my creativity and ideas rather than someone else. And I know when things take off, my husband’s curiosity and attraction to me will peak, revamping our love life 😉, and he’ll want to leave his job to become a part of it too. Reigniting our professional, creative, and romantic passions all together! Making us an unstoppable team together again.🥰❤️👍
