No... the people he plays against are usually of a way higher caliber than he is, they are toying with him most of the time. He is very good at lobbing and defense, but it is still a very bad position to be in, the opponent, if they really wanted to win, could finish the point way quicker by playing the angles, using drop shots, and other tactics. But his opponents know that the game is just for fun and will be going on CZcams so they hit the ball straight to Adam to give him a chance and to entertain the crowd.

To be fair, any mildly competent amateur can smash better than that when the ball is over head height and not even hit with much spin. How many times did she catch a lucky clip off the net? Her form is very stiff & there's little variety or placement. Decent serve & backhand but those smashes are not troubling anyone.

That is like saying that a person that is in a foot race for miles is lazy because they didn't exert all of their energy at the start. Another example is baseball. If you're up to bat and the pitcher keeps throwing curveballs for 3 innings, what do you would the next pitch be? You will anticipate the curveball but if he throws a fastball or any other type, you will not expect it. It is that principle that got him the point. Another theory that also possibly played a factor is that he was conserving energy when she was actively running her stamina down.

It doesn't matter at that point because just like other sports, it is a competition. Training is crucial but you don't want someone who just gives you freebies. You can't learn from your mistakes and improve upon them if they don't put effort into it. If you are playing a sport, how would you feel if the opponent took a dive? You wouldn't feel any accomplishment from it. If you train as if you are in a match, then it will become second nature and less second guessing.
The gender is playing absolutely no factor in these statements. I would say the same thing if I saw a gorilla was playing against a sloth. Correct me if I am wrong, but you were the only person to bring up gender inequality in the match. Since you brought up that, it further enforces what I said. If what you stated ("men tend to be better at sports than women") is the case in this video, then it would make 100% sense that you train against the stronger and more seasoned athletes on your team. That is the only way you can grow and better yourself in whatever sport you are playing.
