Here’s something probably not a lot of people have said to you. It’s ok to not “want this”. It’s perfectly acceptable to run to run. The run influencer sub this sub that sub 3 for what reason other than just to do it. What’s the rush
That's a good point, and I've definitely had periods where I just run to run. With where I want to take this though (more than just CZcams), breaking the 3 hour mark will help qualify me as a coach, and it's a good goal to document, showing others that even though it may take time, they can also achieve their running goals!
I get not wanting to film yourself running in a pivotal race. Anyway, I subscribed to your channel three minutes into this video because of your sincerity. I look forward to other videos, and I’ll see you in Chicago!

Yeah, it's been a rough month, with some bad news on a few fronts all hitting at the same time, and some video projects that desperately needed finished. But we're moving forward, and that's still a pace! Let's make this training block a good one! 🤟

Was definitely warm. Having a hotel room a block away from the start definitely was worth it just for my own personal toilet😂.
