大安價錢覺得貴係因為物唔好食,只賣懷舊打卡真係做唔長,餐廳最基本嘅食品質素都做唔到,我唔想講佢哋係呃人錢,因為香港租金人工都係貴,但感覺他哋真係想搵錢多過用心做出品!

Cafe 來講大安茶冰廳真係失敗,即使無食評,只係影相那幾件食品已經全無興趣,而檸啡倒不是甚麼新派,廿幾年前我阿媽做餐廳時已經有,據聞提神度更高,不過檸檬和咖啡都係酸性,好傷胃
睇完成條片首先想講既就係... RUBY! CHEERS~ , 講返條片 第二間睇片都覺得大獲 封門柳為左佢既甜同肉味 , 加辣仲要咁辣應該堅無味...見到有朱古力三角食...兒時成日見 , 不過我諗佢最多只值$20 , 衣集無戰狼就洗咁多錢XD 仲要中伏

大安都係唔會再去,其實都只係冰室裝修 ,打卡又唔係特別,野食勁小選擇。曲奇都好普通。

Fantastic review.... Good choices as well. I love the second one, in terms of its decor.. even though your feedback didn't meet your expectation in terms of food. It is odd how everybody perceives something so differently. But I really like the decor.. it is like... IF... the past older generation's "cha chaan teng" is to be refurbished, I expected this is how it would look in the 1970s. Which is kind of semi glamours? They have achieved this slot. If I was in HK, I would dress up and out to dine at this place ! lol.... I dunno why people don't dress up to go out to eat. But this is common in the UK. I also kind of expect.. if... that second place, had a revised menu like... (this is based on these ladies' output).... if her impression is that, she can buy something else better... then.. wouldn't the second place, consider getting some foreign ingredients, say from the UK? Like... if not coffee, then there is something warming like... chicory. Which is very tasty. If they mix ovaltine, but with some malt... maybe one teaspoon. That deep flavour is very roasty in flavour. It's quite nice.
I also like the third cafe.. and their ethos. The coffee lite, is a very good option, cos it's not too much caffiene in a single cup. If I drink coffee, I would also drink diluted too. And not too intense. As a middle-aged lady, I probably would support the third one, as not to eat too much. But nutritionally dense. This would attract the older ladies, or moms who dine out etc. I hope they're in the right locations where such yummy mummies would live. Turkish food. Am not too keen, but this is very common in the UK too. Especially their grills. It's quite delicious. Heavy on proteins and light salads. But one nice trick to add to the Turkish place is... if in the evening, they can do indeed turn it into more chill mode, which is to lower the lights... and use a candle in a cup... which they can use, for smelling candles. If this is to counteract the normal ... fast pace HK.... Which I think is a nice touch to HK. A reversal of life. Wind down the evening etc.
The second place, you can turn it a bit more into a "more" British thing.. which is to service things like, light bagel but with things like... quite British filling. e.g. Tuna with mayo, (with a twist of lemon juice)..served with some very cold cucumber. Quite light, but modern. With the pastas.. you can add pasta with smoked salmon ? Not ham. Or to serve salmon on that pineapple burn with cream cheese. Or salmon and poached egg, on white bread. Now, this is very typical village food in the UK. That's very British. Or serve a potatoe, bacon, and cheese hash. This is very British too. In terms of price, you can always adjust the price to be lower.. but introduce smaller portion size too. With a staple heavier amount... Which is doable.
Really good start. My guess is that the turkish place might be quite popular.. since, the different spices, are quite tasty ? Younger people's taste buds are often different to elderlies as well. So I can see why the ladies liked the lemon in the cookie, cos the Vit C attracts them. Whereas for myself, I probably liked the dark greens of the third place. Light dark greens but served cold. But if the second place, also have an option to add "spinach" to their dish, as extras, I would also support them too.

第一間老闆咁有錢,居然喺香港咁貴租金嘅地方,開間cafe想畀人chill吓!有特色嘅cafe一般畀我感覺都係用嚟打卡,真係想chill嘅沖定壺咖啡整定三文治,去行山望住個遠景,吸啖空氣再放空
第二間有另一間做過採訪,當時留言大多數負評,有住嗰區嘅居民講,簡直呃咗唔小老街坊入去,有啲後生食完覺得就算係cafe格局都唔抵,當時有外國食客,佢哋會話ok,但以為會有傳統食物供應!
最欣賞條問題「咁你哋算唔算承認咗第一round試業期間錯判同失販」,請問係邊個問架?👏👏👏呢間睇住Sybil同Ruby笑到我😂Ruby好似想下個食物有啲驚喜都好呱!點知都係冇!我明Sybil點解食到嬲呀!價錢又貴仲要食普通嘢,嘥哂啲食嘢quota,唔嬲就奇😂
第三間感覺上最值得去,平時出街重鹽重油重甜,難得一間有養生嘅cafe,將涼茶鋪會用上嘅材料,溶入咖啡食物當中,幾有新意
炸過嘅豆品想唔油,煮前要出一出水,將多餘嘅油份煮出嚟就可以

其實檸啡係一款都幾有歷史既飲品 有傅係由西西里島發明。 做呢啲懷舊野 真係要做多少少資料搜集會比較專業啲 加油加油
There is a tea, called Earl Gray... which is very fragrant.. if they add it with lemon... That would be quite a nice drink, but you have to serve it in a certain temperature before the aroma disappears.. but to be honest, if you go down this route, it is too tough to serve as a quick and easy dish. Cos you're bordering into michelin star then....
大安真係完全物非所值😂
深水埗土耳其餐廳和油麻地「大安」茶冰室,二間都食過。土耳其餐廳唔講食物先,只係「座」就已經好唔舒服,而唔知是否心理作用,好似有嘢疨!
大安茶冰室就簡直就係仲伏啦!價錢離地,食物質素差,但唯一可取之處,就係無人去食,所以十分清靜!
