    I love the older S6 sedans more since it’s more attuned to daily driving based on the specs. But this S7 is still beautiful. Audi, like Mercedes and BMW, is another beautiful luxury car brand. 👌❤️😎

    The limiter isn't just an audi thing. Here in europe thats a rule for car makers to limit revs nowadays. But I indeed removed the soft limiter on my S6

      @BeastlyS7 No, unless you know how to programm your cars ECU yourself. Its not as easy as just unchecking a box. Try a company that does chiptuning and stuff like that. They can help you most likely

    Beautiful car! I just picked up a 2017 S6 in Sepang Blue with Black Optics package and black wheels. Very similar look to this car. I lowered the suspension 15mm through the OBD11 app and flashed the ECU with a DS1 stage 1. The car rips pretty good. Next up is a TCU tune. May possibly go with some downpipes, intake and go stage 2 with the DS1. I don’t want to compromise the daily drivability too much. S6 is slightly lighter than S7 and it has seating for five, which I needed. But the 7 side and rear profile is amazing. Congrats on a great car and thanks for sharing

      @@DFRM94I did this. I ordered a 2017 S7 audi exclusive exterior & interior from factory. I then added an easy install RS7 grill (no bumper) & wheels. I love my car.

    Yup, love that blue. I got my 2017 S7 in Daytona Grey Pearl in October 2020. I love it. I was thinking of doing the stages but most of the problems I’ve seen ppl have with the oil screen and turbos blowing are mostly off of modded cars. Plus I wanna be on the other side of paying it off too before I do anything. I have 51 on the clock. I love it. The pick up and the luxury is just great. How many miles does Will have ?

    • @GemmyDonCars
      @GemmyDonCars  Před 3 lety +1

      He had 26k I think, but he's already sold it for a bigger car. He got an '18 BMW 750i in San Merino Blue and it is stunning in person. I'll be reviewing it soon.

    • @thomasburns3345
      @thomasburns3345 Před rokem

      Stock or Tuned, the turbos are in danger due to an oil screen that gets clogged and starves them. There was a recall to replace the screens with ones that flow greater volumes and have less of a fine mesh. The new screen won't cumulatively clog like the original. The turbos are also supposed to checked for shaft play at this point and replaced if there is play. The turbos (assuming you stay stock and don't catch a TD1) are also now warrantied for 10 years.) Make sure you keep oil change intervals short, and that you have the updated screen and you shouldn't have issues. Congrats on a beautiful car. Hope you're still enjoying it.

    I really want an S5 Sportback. And I’ve been considering a Kia Stinger because I always hear it’s just as good. But it’s something about the profile & design of the S5 that the Stinger just doesn’t have for me.

      @@GemmyDonCars thats awesome. I live in the middle between Erie and Pittsburgh. There isn't anyone here with fast German or foreign cars. It's all muscle cars. The rs7 I'm gonna get already has the Apr stage 2 in it, and Awe track edition exhaust. It has 50k miles on it and selling it for 58k. It looks flawless. I don't want to make it to fast cuz.... audis are far more reliable than bmws. they last over 100k miles. i've seen a 2014 s7 with 150k miles and still ran smooth. of course u gotta maintain it aswell if u want it yo last longer

      I have a 2016 S4 and haven’t had any issues with it besides the basic repairs like brake pads / rotors / tires at 90,000 miles. Can’t speak on the S7 being a V8 - but I believe 2015-2017 is one of the best platforms audi has put out in terms of reliability
