- I took a quick night stroll around 8pm on Third Street Promenade from Santa Monica Blvd and Arizona Ave. It was fairly quiet due to the chilly weather and the retail stores were closed.
My camera didn't do a good job capturing the night scene, so video quality isn't sharp.

Space isn't used well after Dark.
It's still winter and the weather was chilly that night. I'm sure it'll be more lively when the weather warms up. 🙂
