There is no simpler banding than Scout X. Loosen, Place the band, Tighten.
Done.

Why is important on TTF band setting to turn smooth side of the pouch from outside and on OTT to have the pouch in opposite way? Thanx in Advance for the answer!

It really makes no difference in accuracy. Some shooters like the smooth side and others the rough side.

You will need a very small taper I would try 5mm-8mm.
