My favorite song by Joe and one of the greatest R&B songs of all time! His All that I am is my favorite album by him and his best in my opinion. Its definitely one of the best R&B albums of the '90s! I miss '90s R&B! Joe deserves his flowers for giving us timeless classics like this!
