Gganda- Nakuwadde NEMA eviction - Police fires teargas to disperse encroachers resisting evictions

Angry residents of Nakuwadde Bira have set up roadblocks and checkpoints to catch anyone they suspect to be NEMA officials issuing restoration orders. The residents nearly lynched one passerby whom they believed to be involved in their eviction.
Meanwhile, in Nasere-Gganda, the police were engaged in running battles with residents.

For sure Uganda has become hell. I can't imagine someone built his / her house while nema is looking, infact they might be the ones who authorized them to build because they wanted some ka money, but now after eating they come for demolition. Why demolish most of the poor and leave the bifekelas like those factories, a poor person can't own a factory, why factories are not being demolished. No Nneda Uganda otuzaya.
