    see how messy this meet is - they did NOT even clear the starting blocks and the cubes and the starting speakers from the tracks. Even in our high school meets here in the US, all that is cleared as soon as the starting runners leave the blocks so the whole track is CLEAR when the last runners tape.

    In sprinting every little details is very much important just a second delay in baton exchange changed the whole narrative…that was still an impressive race…losing to Nigeria is my utmost worry we can lose to any country but certainly not to Nigeria this hits differenty

    Ghanaians we did our best but the last guy who took the baton was a bit slower in taking it so when he realized he has miss steps that was why we come second. But in all we've done very well.
