Does anyone else make italian kits?

I know Tamiya makes a few but the market isn’t really that big for Italian armor so not many companies have made kits.
There are a few resin kits but they expensive as heck

IBG kits four or five different Lancia 3RO trucks . I've built two gun trucks . Not simple but goid kits .
