I don't like knowing that you gutted the fish while it is still alive. I know it is said it will taste better but still think it's cruel. We should be respectful and handle this scarifice that animals become food for us as humanely as possible. Give thank. With good seasoning and innovative methods of cooking them are what make it delicious.
