Always a moment to savour hearing Matt, beautiful song fantastic performance and brilliant orchestration. Just makes you drift and recall how lucky those of us are to find that one love.
I feel it is like how I felt having to leave to go to work leaving my beloved still in bed resting peacefully and sad to leave her alone even though it is only for a few hours.

It's about a dying man, he knows he's about to die so he asks his wife to get him something so she has to go out of the room because he doesn't want her to see him die, and when she comes back into the room he's died

Matt Munro was a bus conductor. He got his break in Hong Kong when he was in the Brtitish army and got on the radio talent show.
