Judges are not as corrupt as these other ones you mentioned. You can believe in the Judiciary much more than all these others because if you have the Right Evidence, Right Proofs and everything, Judge will have to pass a decision in your favour. Others can still manipulate shit if they are Corrupt and you won't be able to do anything
It almost 15 years now my father had his office in byculla for almost 40 years n then we shifted to Navi mumbai...so he decided to give it on rent ...2 to 3 years it was going well I got married my elder brother who is handicap it was suppose to support him for life the shop...suddenly one day there was lock on the door when daddy asked the rent person why is it lock he said he is in village that is why so daddy let it go and then few months later daddy ask him to vacate the shop he said he is no longer owner of the shop...he have sold it to 3rd party n the 3rd party was a goon😢😢😢my dad till he passed away he was 71 went court every month date after date but no solution the building got pull down new tower came up but we didn't get our shop back....same now that your father in law is saying na same my father lost his life time shop....now my handicap brother is living on support of my younger brother....it's really heartbreaking 💔 😢😢😢we dint had anyone to support I too stay In a rent house

Do an RTI asking BMC reason for cutting electricity and water supply and they are bound to give an answer within 30 days and they cannot lie on RTI because RTI is admissible in court
Yes, This works but not always, you have to fight for months in RTI but a last you will get success, It is mandatory to give response for RTI officer but there is a flaw in RTI that they fix a meeting with low level officer and again same continues. Cant explain in short

I lost my dad recently, in government hospital. And for death certificate I had to pay 400 bribe to the same hospital authority. This is why we pay taxes in India. Leaving India permanently seems better option now.

The same scene happened with my nana and family 18 years ago.. the builder illegally drove the bulldozer over the house.. the case is still going on in the court.. my nana is no more but my mama has not stopped fighting yet.. he's standing strong against that builder

Hi nikhil mysore minister in town will be the best option. We have been dealing with the same problem. Never leave the possession. Whatever happens don't leave the possession. Mysore minister came and ran a survey and stopped every activity by BMC. We also wrote letter to PMO as well and they also took a strict action. At my place the builder has illegally changed his name upon on our property.

Hi nikhil there is a society in name of kailash parbhat near kalina . There are 60 families staying here and everyday there is threatening of builder and BMC for light and electricity cut off . Right now they are coming over to demolish society

They will go to any extent to take your property from you. My family is going through the same with multiple properties and we have chosen to go legally, only way is to have higher up by your side and good lawyers (& money obviously). Put up backup cameras around the property and boards showing the name of the individual who owns it.

Ye aisehi hota hai. Mere Papa ke ghar me bhi same hua per waha koi nhi rahata hai. It's in New Bombay. In 2021 corona ke bad muze unka phone aaya aur usane kaha ki humane aapka meter cut kiya hai. Aapko naya meter lena padega kyonki aapake Papa nahi hai aur meter unke nam per tha. Maine unko tabhi kaha ki aapane katane ke bad phone kiya katanese pahale karna chahiye tha. I have severe health issue so I was helpless. 6-7 mahine bad maineuse usako phone kiya aur kaha ki mera meter cut kiya hai muze naya chaiye. Maine pucha ki kab unhone ye meter kata to kaha ki usane 1 mahinahi hua aapane 1 mahina pahale call kiya hota to aapako itana paisa kharcha karna nahi padta. Ye sunkar muze gussa aaya maine unko pucha ki aapane call karke muze bola ki meter cut kiya hai wobhi 7 mahine pahale to wo argue karane laga tab maine kaha aapka phone no mere pass kaise aaya ? To chup baitha . Per unfotunately mera wo phone kharab ho gya aur mai wo recorded conversation retrieve nahi kar payee. Nahi to mai bhi us peraction leti.

We are facing same situation in our building (KAILASH PARBHAT CHS) which is situated in kalina... Builder with Help of BMC has cut off electricity and water connection.

Everything seems to be very difficult in BMC. We 798 students are selected at BMC as a teacher. We got selected before 4 months but still we did not get joining. Schools are running without teachers. We spoke with AMC in the BMC office he is helpful. Lets hope for the best and we should get our joining soon.

The same situation is happening in every another part of mumbai. BMC has disconnected Water and Electricity supply of Kailas Parbhat Society where more than 600 residents are getting affected, mostly Senior Citizens including some of them are patients on ventilators and on oxygens. Some are even sent to nursing homes. (Read today’s article on HT). As a responsible Indian Citizen and Tax Payer it is very sad to look people suffering Economic Capital Mumbai, where world leaders and stars have landed few days back……
You can register a complaint on govt’s portal named *आपले सरकार* , these complaints are directly taken care by the chief minister

Why didnt you move to court ? The only reason people avoid court in India is the duration it takes to give judgement. But given the facts that uncle is already been trying since 2 years, I dont see a reason why you didnt move to court.
And if the notice is fake, The person who signed it should be answerable in court.

The entire builder lobby is acting like land mafia and is trying to get hold of the land in Andheri West. Right from JP road to four bungalows, 7 Bungalows, and other areas like Amboli, Versova etc. Requesting Nikhil and his team to please take up this noble cause as a lot of senior citizens here have already lost their shelter in the name of redevelopment.
