Lemon Yoghurt Whipped Cream

This whipped lemon greek yogurt cream is a seriously delicious treat! It has a silky, smooth and creamy texture and is very light, fluffy and super refreshing. For its intensive citrus flavor is perfect topping for fresh fruits, cupcakes, dessert cups, angel food cake or waffles.
Ingredients:
• 200 g - 7,05 oz - chilled heavy cream min. 35 - 40% fat
• 400 g - 14,10 oz - greek yoghurt (10%)
• 3 tbsp sugar granulated
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• lemon zest from 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp sugar powdered
