New York Bach 50; now with rotors. What do I do with it??

    I’ve always had the idea to swap the crook from a normal bach slide and an LT slide, to give the brass slide an authentic Bach nickel crook. Then you would have to change the lead pipes because I don’t like the standard bach leadpipe. I guess at that point you might as well get a Shires or Edward slide!!!

    Looks like an old Conn crook to me seen a lot of those her in uk I am a repair tech. If it as mine I’d keep the bell and tuning slide and make the M&W screw fitting to try it on those lovely rotors?

      I had the M&W built just to avoid that! Thanks for the info on the crook, I think you may be right. '50s 88H maybe?

      I had the m&w built soldered just so I wouldn't do exactly that haha
