From what i hear, hes not into that stuff much. I hear he connects with every player personally, letting them know their job, keeping them calm. Wayne has seen every scenario in footy, on and off the field, individuals & the team. He always has wisdom in the right situation

The question is who is better , ANSWER , ""NO ONE "" THE man is legendary he can take a bottom feeder club and turn there misfortunes around in 1---2yrs he is not a coach of just a game or sport he coaches the mindset a belief in the individuals to be the very best they can be ,HE EARNS THE RESPECT OF THE MEN THAT ARE FORTUNATE TO BE STUDENTS OF HIS . 1 million percent. Bennet is the GOAT of coaching. Haters of Bennet will say Bellamy but Bellamy got caught in a cheating scandal, it happened under his watch so That counts against him. Bennett no controversy what so ever.
Bellamy is only good because of the teams he has had at Melbourne over the years, especially the (Slater, Smith & Cronk era) you put him anywhere else & he will fail. He coached NSW & didn’t have the success as everyone thought he would.
@@GoogleAccount-pt4zu my counter argument to that is Cooper Cronk signed with the storm as a Centre/Lock out of rugby Union, and Bellamy saw him as a halfback. Smith was a half, but Bellamy saw him as a Hooker. He turned those two into modern day greats. There have been some not so good storm sides - apart from the big 3, how he rebuilt the side after the salary cap to go minor premiers in 2011 and premiers in 2012 with blokes like Bryan Norrie, Dane Neilson and Jaiman Lowe as examples. The other argument is how many players leave the storm and play as well, or better. I really only think a few players (Hynes, Inglis…) could put their hands on their heart and say they’re as consistent in a non storm jersey Same can be said for Bennett, he had a gun side at the Broncos for 20 years, and struggled when his sides weren’t stacked. In any event, it’s between those two for me. Robinson doesn’t rate as highly for me, where Bellamy has consistently made prelims and GFs, Robbo has at times gone from top of the table to wooden spoon contenders inside 12 months, with the same squad. Neither of the other gentlemen’s standards allow for such things to happen.

Bellamy flopped on the rep scene and has been at a club with Smith, Slater, Cronk for majority of his career.. one point there he won 2 comps (that were stripped) with Slater, Folau, Smith, Cronk, GI, Crocker, Johnson etc all in the one side... he is 1) a cheat and 2) hasn't proven himself elsewhere.

He has had squads which were teeming full of good players. What the media are not mentioning is that the Fins did not have the same salary cap as the rest of the comp. Bennett has had everything tailor made for him to succeed except his Newcastle gig which wasn't his fault. When the Dragons last won a GF, he stepped in on that year because that team was about to win the comp. When all is said and done, he really is not the coach his arse licking media mates make him out to be.

No coach other than Bennett could've led that Queensland team to win the State of Origin series in 2020. That series was the clincher. NSW were absolutely stacked with superstars in career best form and QLD had players who are now playing reserve grade footy. Yet they still won.
