The only reason I'm going to choose the Burgman 400 is for all your excellent videos mean I'll be able to do any job on one! Thanks!

One of the reasons I went for the 200cc
The newer 400 has the valve shims and is a bit of a time consuming nightmare to work on,

Hey Mitch. Awesome work with your videos. Really enjoy watching them. Have just purchased a 2007 Skywave (Japanese version) 400. Absolutely love the bike and thanks to you will do most of the maintenance myself :) I am wondering what the issue might be with mine though. When i'm riding around 20mph to 40mph the engine seems quite rough. Below that or above, it runs like a dream. Any ideas on what to check?

@@MitchsScooterStuff cool thank you I'm thinking of getting a 250 scooter and I want to do all the upgrades on it and it's hard to find videos on 250cc scooters to change out everything and put in new and high-performance stuff

Mitch, my Suzuki Burgmen 400 idles fast at times. How do I adjust the idle speed?

Very nice details. But this is a shim bike. Valve adjustment means cam removal a dangerous proposal. Change oil often to prevent shim wear and forget it. Many shim bike don't end up needing adjustment. Oh and at 1:41 I believe the seat hinge bolt can be removed to get the seat out of the way. Just saying.
