Critical Zones: Movement based workshops by Somya and Gia

These workshops are part of a collection of experiments conducted by movement artists who experimented with performances and participatory workshops in, and in relation to the Critical Zones exhibitions in Germany and India. This is a continuously growing collection, and the research is there to be tested by anyone who is curious about exploring both the context of the museum / exhibition space as a rehearsal space as well as what ‘being terrestrial’ entails, via means of movement, embodiment and perceptual experiments.
Somya and Gia conducted three workshops in framework of the exhibition Critical Zones in Mumbai, namely, Inner Landscapes, All You Touch, Touches You, Body of Trees.
