I'm a late model driver too and if you run mirrors then its hit fault, but if you guys dont run mirrors then I dont think you had the position, just my .02
We dont run mirrors so we cant stick our nose where it doesnt fit

Do you run with radios / mirrors? I guess I would say if you don't run with mirrors or radios it was still his line because I would call that not up to his door, but if you do, then it was his fault.

I know in road racing, you can't assert your right to the corner when you're 3 inches inside of him.. so i'll follow the heard and say he cam down on you, obviously, but i think he had the right to.

If I was drivin the white car I woulda done the same, If I was you I woulda done the same. Racin deal but out here in Cali if you're involved you go to the back unless the other parties involved say it was all them nothin you could do about it.
