- Horseshoe Lake on the Suzuki DR650 to witness the release of water from the spillway. Afterwards relaxing at Bartlett Lake at the Cove restaurant and a cheeseburger 🍔, a great dsy on the bike.

DOC650, thank you for the comment, I’ll definitely be going back to ride and camp. I blame old age for forgetting how nice it is out there. It was a great day, the DR650 is still smiling and forgave me for pinching his O- ring. 😂🤣

I have a few things on my bucket list and a few more on the Stanley cup list but a never ending supply on the Dixie cup list. That looks like perfect weather for that ride. And some beautiful country. Just like the Jungle Boat ride at Disneyland, you got to see the backside of water. I had a boss 40 years ago that would jump on his Honda every weekend with his fly rod and go fishing in the Sierras. He was divorced soon after that. I appreciate you. Thanks!
Hi Rob, the weather was near perfect but poured an hour after I got home. Good timing! Backside of water is pretty neat; I'm amazed they went to the effort to build the dam like that back then. I'm good with a K-cup bucket list, just sitting around and drinking coffee. It's a hard sell to women on anything that brings and ounce of joy to a man's heart. Vicious creatures they are indeed.

Rode my DR there yesterday with my buddy on his T7. Love it up there. We often ride under the spillway and then up to Sheep Bridge. Arizona is amazing! 😊

I got the decals on ebay, they are for a DRZ250 but work perfect on the aftermarket plastic gas tank. They have been on the bike for over a year.
