I completely agree with all previous comments, I tried several times from 0 to 3 months and never came to a comfortable position of my baby. Frustrating! Hope I could get a money back guarantee.

Easy with a plastic baby, they tend not to be as maleable as a real baby. Totally confusing and your instruction videos need less images of 'happy people' and more actual instructions.
It's impossible that a real baby is comfortable in this position. We tried several times and doesn't work. By the way, these instructions are horrible.

Open tail ring slings are definitely a lot more adjustable and easier to position a baby in safely..
The black and white video with the product in color makes me think of an infomercial.
