Loki definitely had a strong Doctor Who vibe and you could easily picture the TVA existing in that universe. With just a few changes here and there you have a big budget DW miniseries with Tom and Sophie as two incarnations of the Doctor dealing with both the TVA and a new Master hiding out in his citadel at the end of time
You can see them at the bottom rungs of the Cosmos. They're pretty down there compared to a lot of stuff in the whoverse

If anything, in recent years Loki has possibly become more of what Doctor Who should be than recent series.

@@OrchestraEclipse its really up to you if you like it, and you don't need to take my input, but Jodies era is fairly, how can I put it, not exactly the best. You may like it, and that's your choice, but as a long time fan, it lacks everything Doctor Who should have, and as that long time fan, I can safely say Loki is far better than recent series. I don't want to put you off Jodies series, but it really isn't what it used to be.

A cross over between these two would definitly be worth watching.
Both character are travelling throught time and space and get through an existancial crisis. Except that one started as a chaotic evil while the other started as chaotic good (chaotic neutral at the very first).
