Very nice job on this little one. I am sorry to hear you sometimes have bad customers that don't appreciate the hard work and effort you put into making the dog's life nicer. However the satisfaction you have is for the animal, not the stupid owner. At least the animal gets to go home feeling good about itself and comfortable for the first time in a long time.
Of course, it gives me the greatest pleasure to see a happy dog, but I am sorry to know that because of a bad owner, the dog will end up in such a state again

It's great to see a groomer wearing a mask. All those allergens, dander, and other icky stuff are bad for your lungs and you are so amazing for protecting yourself. Wearing proter protection increases life expectancy and career longevity.

Curious what brand name clipper blades do you use and how often do you get them sharpened?
We use an aescalup blade, and we sharpen them as needed. Sometimes it is once a month, sometimes more. It depends on the volume of work.

My dog doesn't have any allergies but as a human I can tell you that I’m allergic to plant-based ingredients.
Even in America where there are laws, authorities will say that the owner did bring the dog in in for grooming is a good sign.
