Ive been in bitcoin for a long time, swan never caught my interest for some reason, but Dante did, always watched his daily video.

I was quite shocked they are letting go Dante Cook. Have been buying Bitcoin from them for 7 months now and for me personally Dante is the face of Swan Bitcoin. But I will be praying and hope all of them will be well and get new Bitcoin jobs/opportunities.

Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why… it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months... I started off curious about everything in the "crypto" space. After years of learning I zeroed in on Bitcoin. Being Bitcoin only isn't a closed minded thing, it comes after careful consideration about what the current problems in society are, what tools you believe are necessary to solve them, and what network has the correct attributes to fill the role. As I've explored, I've found that every project outside of bitcoin inevitably leaves VERY necessary boxes un-ticked in exchange for features that could be added in subsequent layers.
Bitcoin Mechanic estimates that 1 entity controls about 60% of BTC mining pools, BTC no longer resembles A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System and would be useless and unusable if Banks fail,,@@BTCSessions
❓Ben, any insight on if Swan is going to keep the IRA and other programs going? It would be a real bummer for people that have BTC stored with them.
I don't think anything is changing with the core business, just the mining side of things and they appear like they'll be doing WAY less spending on things like ads, media, etc

@@BitcoinBitz that’s why they ain’t got the customers. I use Strike instead. The traditional finance companies are gonna enter this space and offer free trades and wipe up the floor with all these bitcoin only companies. Prices must fall to the lowest cost of production.

Swan found themselves drifting in no mans land, with Strike being a mobile native BTC stacking app on one side, and the BTC ETFs on the other.
Hummm...everyone was pushing Swan and now this. Very interesting. They must have been planning for a much higher BTC price and didn't get it. Rookie mistake.
Whoever thinks this market will continue upwards and beyond has their head in their rear. There is a correction coming since the Russell and the Dow are showing signs of weakness. Depending on the correction may determine if the market rallies once more in the summer for a final blow off top and slightly newer high. After that, watch out. Cycle Analysis predicts a hard drop in the late summer early Fall. Also, we are now 190% Market Cap to GDP ratio. That is very extreme......currently I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Renee Gilman, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Trading with an expert is the best strategy for beginners and busy investor’s who have little or no time to monitor their trades.
I agree with you and i believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right investment ideas to enable you earn more.
It was quite challenging to understand the different trends on my own until i found out about Gilman. Trading made easy.

yes, the countdown blasted my speakers on desktop and then u come on and are insanely quiet. then it cuts to your intro and it’s loud again. i just tested headphones and it’s not as prounouce, but noticable. fyi, my setup has all audio going through a mixamp pro TR via usb and swapping speakers/headphones is done through the 3.5mm front headphone jack. my speakers are old 5.1 creatives in a 2.1 config. HTH :)
Layoffs... Bear market coming
Swan is a great media channel for Bitcoin but why anyone would pay their high fees to buy Bitcoin is beyond me.
Unsure what their fee structure is since I'm in Canada. That said, I can remember paying like 20% at ATMs back in the day, lol. The funny thing is that it was STILL a good deal because Bitcoin was so cheap 😆
@@BTCSessions Yeah ATMs are and were a rip off. Swan charges 0.99% for buying and 1.49% for automated DCA buying. They don’t have a way to sell unless you contact support, selling is important for those living off of Bitcoin, you can’t pay for everything in Bitcoin so having access to off ramps is still important. They don’t have their own exchange so all they’re doing is buying for you on Coinbase/Kraken/Gemini and taking a cut. I hate middlemen and Coinbase often does disappointing things but at least they’ve built their own highly liquid exchange.
When those bitcoin ETFs were approved, the business model of Swan was basically dead.
Nah, there's a big difference between taking bitcoin into self custody and holding an IOU that you can never redeem for the real thing.

I started daily buys with Swan shortly after the FTX debacle because I “trusted” them. After hearing this news I cancelled buys and withdrew all my sats off their platform. Don’t care what the excuses are, when you smell shit get the hell off the platform.
Bukele sent to prison many innocents. Many of them by how they look or where they lived. Also, Bukele acquitted the leaders of the most dangerous gangs in ES and gave diplomatic job to members of the police involved in drug trafficking.
So? How many innocents do YOU know? The country is now safe. If an "innocent" was running around with a shaved head and gang tattoo, then they needed to get arrested.
@@mrnogood I know two of them in real life. They are both Colombians who went to ES because they were Bitcoiners who wanted to have better prospects in life. Not only he arrested many, he has violated the rights of many of them - not to mention how Bukele was the biggest human right violator during the pandemic and how he pushed the injectable poison to his people but also to people in Honduras.
