To create better habits, I clearly mentioned and planned what to study and how much to study each day. Then, after some days, I couldn't continue. Literally whole day I was mourning that I am not studying but each time I start studying, I am not being able to concentrate. After two days, it again normalises and I can study again. How to avoid these cycle & study continuously.
