That would be Sungmin of Speed, The song is Don't Tease me from their Circus album. But the way they launch him is similar to how they launch Fliers in Cheerleading. Also they did this live as well, and it was terrifying to watch. ^^;

There are so many cool moves in all these underrated groups and non underrated groups! SPEED, ToppDogg, Madtown and SF9’s moves always leaves me in awe the most. Also SPEED’s song, What U, is the song I always say brought back Heeliz(how do you spell that.)

Fricken SPEED! I miss them soooo much! I wish their company wouldn't have been so shitty with them...they had potential to be great yet all because of their company they disbanded. I'm so pissed off about it. They're only easy dance was Zombie Party in which one of my friends and I danced to it at our school's Talent Show. Everyone thought the song was catchy...I mean of course it is it's K-pop. Thank you for including both of SF9's amazing choreo! I love the pin wheel in K.O and The Transformation from Jungle Game. I seriously hope FNC Entertainment doesn't fail them because they seriously have sooo much talent. They are currently my second most favorite group and they deserve sooo much more!
