Please get the facts straight. My father, Salesi Manoa Havea, composed "Si'i HINGANO he Maile fihi" about his LOVE for his wife, our mother! Some may say it was composed for some aunty of theirs, that's just heresay and completely fabr fabricated! Our father composed numerous compositions and all of these are written in his own hand writing and am in the process of incorporating them into of my memoirs.
"PLAY FAIR PLAY FAIR BLUE" is one of his best composition and we are very proud that its inclusion in the 150th Anniversary of Tupou College book is momentous and it has become the TUPOU COLLEGE lyric and music. We can't be more proud than that.

HINGANO HE MAILE FIHI was composed by my father, Salesi Manoa Havea. He gave permission to Miss Tuimala Kaho to sing it as he knew she was the only lady who will give it justice! Manoa wrote the lyrics and music.❤
Sorry I did not write all the fakau'a and punctuation etc. Just harmonious with Tu'imala and you will get the full meaning of the song. It's a real love story. Enjoy yourselves!

"SI'I HINGANO HE MAILE FIHI" is dedicated to Manoa and 'Ana Tauhaka Palu Havea's children, grandchildren and future great grandchildren.
Tilisi Faupula has been nominated to perform the solo tau'olunga, choreographed by her beautiful mother, Namoe.
Most of Salesi Manoa Havea's compositions were written in his twenties (1920s) and they are amazingly still popular to this day.

It was Tu'imala and 'Elenoa Bloomfield, they were the original Duet.
Kapau koe fa'u 'e Manoa Havea kia Muimui(which I don't know) ka na'e 'ikai mali 'a Manoa ia mo Muimui. Ko Sioape Kaho na'e mali mo Muimui pea ko Tu'imala ko 'ena ngaahi tama.
