Honestly! This refund policy are common in USA, and depend on company policy. Nothing wrong with it if the company offer refund. The company have written policy to follow . So , the company happy to offer so why is the big deal of getting refund , or credit back ? I don’t like to shop in Hong Kong because once you buy it , you must keep it ! But in here USA where I live . I don’t have to try , I went home and try , if I don’t like I just take it back . Really ! This is very very common in USA . Whatever the policy say what you can do , you can’t do what is not in the policy

以前做sales有客帶了幾十年前買的碗和盤要提貨。佢夠膽話佢一家搬去歐洲所以不會帶這些舊嘢。 因為實在太舊、電腦巳沒有這貨。 根本沒法退。 弄了很久很久。 每件也只退回她幾個仙。 真浪費我們的時間和她自己的時間。 美國太多這種人。 不只是大媽呀！
其實乜嘢人種都會abuse 這種refund system, 唔單止係中國人，但上埋網話間公司蠢就缺德D！所以很多外國嘅大公司都因為這些人攪到虧本關門！

唔好剩係話中國大媽啦，喺美國，好多本地美國白人都係咁做，舉一個例子，一個美國人喺超市訂咗個生日蛋糕，攞返屋企食完食剩，佢攞番去間超市要refund，食剩都攞番去要退錢喎!!! 而超市又退俾喎，點解呢??? 原因就係個美國人話個蛋糕唔好食。喺香港根本無可能咁樣做。而且呢件事只係冰山一角，亦係美國人的習慣。
咁變相咪益到D窮人囉 咁樣美國稅又收少左 但佢地都比佢地美國市民有呢D福利
